Stopping a Trip Prior to Delivery
What to do if you must stop the trip prior to delivery.

1. Call Dispatch
2. If Dispatch determines your trip needs to be
stopped, they will do so manually on their end.
Do not stop your trip in the app!
3. You will receive the following notification in the
app. Please note it could take up to 30 minutes
for the notification to come through.

4. Once you click OK, your app will go back to the

JustDrive My Trips screen. Do not add any of the
Required Delivery Document Photos only add
Additional Documents if necessary.

Pending Review: Trip has been delivered,

photos have been sent to Settlements,
waiting for Settlements to start review.

In Review: Settlements is currently

reviewing documentation.

Document Rejected: Shows how many

documents were rejected.

Approved: All delivery documents have

been approved by Settlements.
