For your reference. RDSS loss reduction work under
been awarded to M/s NCC Limited,
Devipatan Zone (Cluster-5)/EDC-Gonda/EDD-I Gonda has
Hyderabad, and the agreement of the same has been done on 21/01/2023.
With reference to clause no.-2 (Survey) of Standard
Bidding Documents Part-2 (Employer's Requirements). "The initial
site survey will be carried out for tentative
freezing of the material requirement and the work content finalization, within
one month of commencement of the
project."
As per the progress report provided by M/s NCC Ltd, the current survey status of the EDD-I
table below:

This is for your reference that the progress of survey work
against the above-awarded agreement is too slow,
affecting the overall progress of the whole project. The due date of the survey completion is 31/03/2023.

However, the overall progress of M/s NCC Ltd survey work is 14.28 % (Very Less)
Also, as of date, Manpower deployment by M/s NCC Ltd. for EDD-I Gonda =01 Nos. is Very Less.

So, it is highly recommended that M/s NCC Limited need to increase its workforce or resources to complete the
pending survey work in time. Quick action in this regard is required from M/s NCC Limited's side.
