RESOLUTION NO. 012, 2018

A RESOLUTION FOR CREATING THE BARANGAY COUNCIL FOR THE PROTECTION

OF CHILDREN (BCPC)

WHEREAS, the barangay council shall create a Barangay Council for the Protection of Children
Committee (BCPC) to promote health and safety, improve public morals, maintain peace and
order, and preserve the comfort and convenience of children in the barangay.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council for the Protection of children Committee shall provide
guidelines on the functionality and effectiveness of the public safety in delinquent children in
the community.

NOW, THEREFORE, by the power vested in me as the Chief Executive of this Barangay, do
hereby order the following composition of the BCPC.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED for creating the Barangay Council for the protection of
children Committee.

CARRIED UNNIMOUSLY, signed this 9th day of November 2018 at Barangay Casili, Mandaue
City, Philippines.
