RECOMMENDING TO THE PUNONG BARANGAY FOR THE

PAYMENT OF PURCHASED GASOLINE EXPENSES OF BARANGAY CASILI
VEHICLE

WHEREAS, the Bids & Awards Committee (BAC), During its regular session
last September 4, 2018 at the barangay session hall, has recieved Purchase Request No. 18-
03-022 dated March 2, 2018 submitted pursuant to the availment of Procurement Method
under R.A. 9184;

WHEREAS, after a careful perusal and evaluation of the documents submitted,

the committee had agreed to apply the Alternative Method of Procurement per Rule XVI,
Sec.51 of R.A. 9184, which is Direct Purchaser;

WHEREAS, after the BAC conducted a survey for the prices of gasoline, the
committee found out that like most of the suppliers, Adelou Petron Service Station sell the
neede gasoline Supply For Barangay Casili at a regulated prices;

NOW, THEREFORE, on mass motion of the members of the BAC;

RESOLVED, as hereby RESOLVED, to accept, as it is hereby accepted, the

Purchase Request No. 18-03-022 dated March 2, 2018, amounting to FIFTEEN
THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN and SIXTY CENTAVOS (PHP
15,857.60) and to recommend, as it is hereby recommended to the Punong Barangay, Hon.
Vidal T. Cabatingan of Barangay Casili, City of Mandaue for the payment of purchased
gasoline supply for Barangay Vehicle of Barangay Casili.

CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY, this 19th day of September, 2018 at Barangay Casili,

City of Mandaue, Cebu, Philippines.
