    SHAFT REPLACEMENT IS CAUSED BY SEVERAL THINGS, I.E :
    1. Shaft bent. Refered to API RP-687, the total indicated shaft runout (TIR) of the shaft shall be no more than
    25 µm (0.001 in.). In the case of the BFPT ex 3a shaft, a large runout value was found. The data attached below

    1. Visual Test.
    2. Visual Test.
    3. Dimensional Check.

    5. Material Composition Test use PMI (Positive Material Identification).
    6. Hardness Test.
    7. Generate incoming drawing (Sketch) base on as received existing shaft.
    2 Generate manufacture drawing (CAD) and submit to user to get approval.
    3 Order raw material as existing shaft.
    Quality check raw material :
    1. Material Composition Test.

    Manufacture Process :
    A. Set up raw material on machine.
    B. Roughing machining.

    C. Machining all grooving and outer diameter of material as per drawing.
    D. Milling key way groove as per drawing.
    E. Grinding for finishing shaft as per drawing.
    6 Perform final inspection dimensional & run out.
    7 Perform penetrant test on all visible surface.
    8 Record all inspection data and create inspection report.
    9 Packaging and delivery.
