Conditions&Terms:
1. Payment terms: T/T, 40% advance payment before production, the balance should be paid
before shipment.
2. Quotation Valid Period: Before June., 29 th , 2023.
3. Warranty terms: 12 months after installation or 18 months after shipment. Warranty term
not applicable for cutters.
4. Delivery time: 80 business days after received advance payment.
5. Installation: All of Zhongan’s equipments are modular design, each part has relative
matching code number with it’s connection part, this makes user install the machine in
the easiest way. If user do need our engineer to guide the installation, we shall send 1 -2
engineer to guide installation and debugging. The buyer resposible for engeers VISA,
food and accommodation, round tickets and their safety. Engineer salary: USD
150/day/person.

Distinctive Advantage -Zhongan’s Shredder Machine

1. Bearing temperature monitoring: high temperature automatic alarm, over-high temperature

automatic shutdown
2. Automatic oil injection for bearing lubrication: According to the running time, lubricating oil is
automatically injected into the bearing on a regular basis, and will alarm when oil insufficient.
3. Reducer lubricating oil replacement reminder: According to the running time, it will
automatically remind to replace the reducer lubricating oil.

1) Overall cutter chamber technology

The cutter chamber is processed by large CNC machining center at one time, high accuracy machining
ensures the bearing seat good concentricity, stable and reliable. Modular design, simple structure and
convenient maintenance. The cutter chamber is annealed to eliminate welding stress which ensures
cutter chamber no deformation in whole life use.

2) High strength spindle

Main spindle: forged and tempered with 42CrMo, bigger diameter than standard, ensure stable
running at higher torque.
Advantages: After quenching and tempering process, it is refined and processed by high-precision
large-scale CNC facilities, good strength, strong impact resistance and long service life. Our large
machining center guarantees the machining accuracy of the spindle.
Add 2 group couplings, facilitate equipment maintenance and repair, saving maintenance time and
inspection. It plays a buffering role in the operation of the equipment, so that the main shaft is
evenly stressed, uniform and stable operation.

3) High alloy cutter material

Finish by CNC grinding machine and wire cutting ensures high accuracy machining. The cutter has
good wear resistance and moderate tenacity. Zhongan has complete processing equipment and better
quality control. Cutter can be assembled only after it has passed the ultrasonic inspection, hardness
test, dimensions inspection and other inspections.

4) Anti-winding fix cutters

The fixed cutter adopts an arc structure to surround the knife shaft, no dead corner to avoid soft
materials jamming or winding.
Each fix cutter can be disassembled and installed independently and quickly in a short time, which
greatly reduces the downtime and improves the production continuity.

5) Automatic lubrication device

Automatic lubricating device and control module ensures the oil in the bearing is always in a sufficient
state, prevent the shredder shut down because of bearing over-wear, and ensures the long-term
operation of the equipment. Compared with manual oiling, it greatly saves maintenance costs and
avoids equipment failure caused by untimely maintenance, the reliability of the equipment is
obviously improved.

6) Special anti-loosening technology

The double-stacked self-locking washer is used to prevent the bolt from loosening. This washer has
a unique wedge-type structure, and the double-sided embossing bites and moves, improved the
traditional anti-loosening method that relies on friction.

7) Imported FAG bearing

Bearing is with high load capacity, long life, dustproof, waterproof and antifouling, which ensures
continuous and stable operation of the machine.
There is an inner side plate between the inner side wall of the cutter chamber and the active cutter,
and there is a space between the inner side plate and the inner side wall of the cutter chamber. The
shredded materials are isolated from the inner wall of the cutter chamber by the inner plate, which
can prevent impurities from entering the bearing. At the same time, the seal on the end face of the
bearing adopts a multiple combined sealing structure, which effectively prevents dust and liquid
from entering the bearing.

8) More advanced driving system

China first-line brand planetary reducer. Each cutter shaft is driven by a motor, and the power of the
two shafts is independent of each other, can be reversed automatically or manually. The planetary
reducer is equipped between the motor and the cutter shaft, which has better stability, larger output
torque, better reduction ratio and longer service life than the old reducer.
