To select which events you will be attending at the Inpsire Conference you need to sign up for an
account on Whova. Whova is an event management tool.

To start the sign up process, navigate to your student email inbox and find a message marked with high
importance with the subject matter “Inspire Conference 2023 Registration”. The sender will be Rachell
Acebo.

Click the link in the email. It will take you to the Whova page. This demonstration today will cover
signing up using the online portal. You may choose to use the mobile app as well.

Click Web Portal to continue.

Click the “Sign up here” link shown below.

Next, fill out all the required fields including your first name, last name, student email and a password.

Update your profile picture. The speakers will see your profile photos, so make sure what you choose a
professional picture.

Feel free to fill out your profile and make your account feel like your own.

When you are ready, proceed to the Event page.


This is what the home page for the Inspire Conference looks like. Click on agenda (top left corner, under home) to see the conferences’ agenda.

Next click on Sessions, directly under agenda in the drop-down menu.

Each session is shown in chronological order. You can RSVP for a session by clicking the RSVP button to the right of the title and under the
available seat count.

Once your agenda has been finalized, you can toggle to the “My Agenda” view to only display sessions you have chosen to attend.
