PROPOSAL FOR BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS

INTRODUCTION

After discussions with Mr. Rohit Das HR Department, J K Cement Jhajjar, there is mutual
interest of JK Cement and Manvin Consulting Inc., for conducting training interventions.
Manvin Consulting Inc. is pleased to submit a commercial proposal on Behavioral Skills.

OBJECTIVES

To create an awareness in the participants with regard to the different aspects of their
Personality and interpersonal relations. To sensitise them about their own behaviour to
develop a better understanding about other’s behaviour and their relative significance in the
context of the functional effectiveness of organisations.

BY ATTENDING THIS TRAINING PARTICIPANTS WILL:

1. Identify the link between personality and employee performance.


2. Recognize the external factors that can influence performance.
3. Discover ways to build and encourage self-motivation.
4. Learn effective strategies to encourage and sustain positive attitude.
5. Manage team of different personalities in a better way.
6. See things in different perspectives.
7. Manage and adapt to change.
8. Have a clear vision and overcome obstacles.

GROUP SIZE:
About 20- 25
DURATION: Two Days

COMMERCIAL AND GENERAL TERMS

GROUP SIZE: Should be between 15 and 20. The focus of this program will be on
developing skills at individual levels. This needs practising of skills, hence the limitation on
the group size.

VENUE AND OTHER SUPPORT: Venue will be provided by J K Cement Supporting


requirements like projector, screen, computer, photocopying support, flip charts with board,
white board, markers etc. will also be provided by J K Cement
Manvin Consulting Inc.
1. Base Rates:

The investment of J K Cement Jhajjar for designing and conducting these programs will be
as follows:

 Rs. 25,000 for conducting the workshop.


 Rs. 350 for the workbook.

(Tax as per the Rules will also be payable over and above charges.)

2. Payment Schedule:
Manvin Consulting Inc. will raise invoice after the program is over. J K Cement will clear the
payment and send the cheque payable to ‘Manvin Consulting Inc.’ within 6 working days of
receiving the invoice or electronically transfer the money in to Manvin’s bank account,
details of which will be provided later.

3. Validity:
a. The commercial proposal is valid till 31 Dec’ 2023
b. The rates in this proposal are specially arrived at for a behavioural program and will not
have any bearing on the rates, which Manvin Consulting may propose for any other
intervention in technical or assessment area.
4.Travel:
For two faculty travelling from Udaipur, J K Cement will be reimbursed travel cost by on
actual basis.
 Air Travel from Udaipur will be borne by J K Cement on actual basis.
 J K Cement will notify the dates of the training programs as per mutually agreed
schedule.
 J K Cement will arrange the accommodation suitable to the stature of the faculty
in their guest house or a decent hotel and bear the cost of boarding and lodging.
 The reimbursement of the travel and other incidental expenses like a taxi, and
other small incidentals will be claimed by Manvin Consulting Inc. while
submitting the invoice.

Dr. Manisha Agarwal:

With a Doctoral degree in Human Resource Management, Dr. Manisha Agarwal is a behavior
science expert and Corporate Trainer and an academician with 15 years of experience in
Manvin Consulting Inc.
training and development area. In academic’s world, she teaches management and
organizational behaviour.

She is associated with IIM, Udaipur as visiting faculty and counsellor. She is also a certified
competency assessor from TV Rao Learning Systems (TVRLS), Bangalore and has
successfully conducted exercises on Assessment and Development Centre and Competency
Mapping for many clients in the corporate and academic world.
She has also designed and conducted workshops on behaviour change like leadership
development, team building, communication skills, e-mail management, office
communication, presentation skills,

developing positive attitude, motivation, time management, goal setting, performance


management, conflict management, counseling and feedback skills, and so on.

She has worked as a resource faculty in Entrepreneurship Development Programs, and


motivational workshops conducted by Universities, NGOs and various Institutes of national
repute like Institute of Charted Accountants of India, Institute of Companies Secretaries of
India, Indian Railways, Udaipur Chambers of Commerce and Industries (UCCI) etc. She is
also a visiting faculty in the University of Udaipur, and Jodhpur. She has designed and
