"A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT
PROGRAM (ABYIP) 2024 OF BARANGAY AMBASSADOR ALZATE VILLAGE,
NAMPICUAN, NUEVA ECIJA".
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan with consultation and with the concurrence of the Katipunan ng
Kabataan shall formulate a one (1) year rolling plan which shall be known as the Annual Barangay Youth
Investment Program (ABYIP) which anchored in the Local Youth Development Plan (LYD) for calendar
years 2024-2026 that shall contain program, activities and projects in conformity with Section 8 of the
Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 (RA 10742);
WHEREAS, the ABYIP shall serve as the basis in the preparation of Comprehensive Barangay Youth
Development Plan (CBYDP) 2024-2026 and for submission the corresponding budget to the Punong
Barangay of the Sangguniang Barangay and shall be compliant with Section 20 of R.A. No. 10742 and
Section 2 hereof for integration in the Annual Barangay Budget;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. BENCH NOOL BERMUDO with the concurrence of the body,
hereby adopt the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program 2024 of Barangay AMBASSADOR
ALZATE VILLAGE, Nampicuan, Nueva Ecija.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Ambassador Alzate
Village, Nampicuan Nueva Ecija hereby adopt the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program 2024.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the Local Youth Development
Office (LYDO) and the DILG Office, and other offices concerned for their information and guidance.
