11/12/2023
Attended SIC for LSP site entry.
When reach on site, Check HMI screen can't operation well on 6902, 6919, 6920 and MAP 1.
Reset HMI and check wire connection is secure.
Tested on function well currently and reoccurrence happened, recommend to replace Cfast card in HMI.
Take vibration and temperature readings then stop the units 6901 and 6920.
12/12/2023
Demonstrate and start to do C maintenance on DRUPS with DP-consulting.
Perform DRUPS C maintenance as per submitted MOS.
Perform 3000rpm drum bearings greasing.
Check clutch air gap open and close.
Check engine starter batteries impedance and voltage.
Complete C maintenance on 6901 and 6920.
House keeping working area.
Switch to bypass stop on 6902.
Continue work on next day.
13/12/2023
Meeting with LSP for C maintenance and DCM firmware upgrade.
Perform C maintenance on 6902 with DPC.
DCM firmware update to 6902, 6903, and 6905.
Replace air inlet fan M5 due to fan driver fault.
Replace 2x engine starter batteries.
Download KS and DCM data to files.
Housekeeping working area.
Restart to 6902 and back to secure load.
Bypass Stop on DRUPS 6903 and 6919.
Continues to do maintenance on next day.
14/12/2023
Perform C maintenance on 6903 and 6919 with DPC.
Replace 4x engine starter batteries.
Perform to manual Alternator bearings greasing.
Complete C maintenance and Housekeeping.
15/12/2023
Do engine test.
Restart DRUPS 6903 and 6919.
Perform to manual Alternator bearings greasing.
Check operation status and no alarms on DRUPSs.
DP-Consulting will continues to doing C maintenance on the rest of DRUPSs.
