1. Hello, my name is Andressya Noor Madinah, you can call me Andressya. I am 19 years old.

I live
in South Jakarta and I am originally from Jakarta. I like kpop idol and I have a boy group that I like
the most, that boy group is BTS, I like watching vlogs about mountain climbing, and I really like
matcha. I don't like everything about durian, I don't like cigarette smoke, and I don't like waiting
because I'm impatient.
2. Company make advertisement to promote their products and attract potential customers.
besides that, so that the products they have can be known by many people.
The company conducts market target research so they know what products are currently needed
by the community. to create new innovations and avoid store competition. to know what
products are made for what age, what circle, and for whom (right on target).
3. I will first confirm the customer's complaint, then accept the complaint. after that I will apologize
to the customer for the complaint. I will communicate and discuss to provide solutions that will
be given to customers for their complaints. Lastly, I will ask again whether the solution provided
has been received by the customer and ask if there are any other complaints that you want to
submit.
4. A. I will be angry and annoyed with people who bully because they can't respect someone. from
whatever point of view the bully is, humans must still be respected in any way. if he bullies it
means he is not a good person. I will be concerned for my friend because he does not deserve to
be bullied even though he is wrong because if he has deficiencies or makes mistakes not by
bullying to show his shortcomings and mistakes but by being properly informed and educated on
his shortcomings or mistakes because if not educated but instead bullied will have a bad effect
such as he will feel afraid, depressed, isolated, and others.
B. In my opinion, so far the government's policies have been going well, it's just a matter of how
the people comply with them, because when making government policies, the role of the
community is needed so that they can run well.
C. Unemployed is someone who is not working or looking for work. Unemployment is not always
bad because it occurs due to a lack of jobs. besides that, unemployment is not always bad while
those who are not working are still trying to get a job and always increase the value of
themselves.
