Procurement Specialist: Import Clearance August 2022 - July 2023


PT KIMIA FARMA, TBK Jakarta, Indonesia
Kimia Farma is the first and largest pharmaceutical industry company in Indonesia which was founded in 1817.
My role is:
1. Managed Logistic and Transport of 384+ import shipments.
2. Verified all documents of imported goods from Overseas.
3. Coordinated with stakeholders like Customs and Excise; Freight Forwarders; PPJK; Logistic Service;
BPOM; Ministry of Health; Vendors; Insurance Company to ensure a smooth import process.
4. Made 210+ import permits, for example: Import Certificate, Letter of Attorney, Animal Quarantine, etc.
5. Collaborated with the Accounting and Finance department in the Payment of Import Tax.
6. Arranged shipments of imported goods and followed up with logistics services.
7. Communicated with the warehouse team upon the arrival of goods and conducted Stock Control.
8. Created 156+ submission reports for Reimbursement, Down Payment, and Insurance.
9. Followed up on Letter of Credit/LC and Bank Endorsement with the Finance department.
10. Inputted all data relating to the procurement of imported materials using Excel and SAP.

Pertashop is a collaborative innovation program from Pertamina and the Ministry of Home Affairs to distribute fuel
efficiently and effectively to consumers. My role is:
1. Marketed Pertashop brand successfully, increasing outlets from 5 to more than 55+ outlets.
2. Organized cooperation between Government, Investors, and the Public in facilitating the process of running
pertashops.
3. Managed the procurement of various mandatory equipment at Pertashops.
4. Handled human resource training at several Pertashop outlets.
5. Checked the readiness of Pertashops in terms of occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) to
meet operational standards.
6. Facilitated the management of Pertashop's legal permit documents from the registration process,
development, to issuing operational permits with a total of more than 16 documents.
7. Performed input of all fuel product sales data at Pertashop and facility data at Pertashop regularly to the
company database.
