2.1 Power on issue

PCBA power consumption check method：

In order to improve the power consumption of a device, we can check the power consumption of the device
by simulating a battery using power supply as follows:

Step 1. Please prepare a battery connector assembly and a standard power supply cables as shown in the
picture below;

Note: You can find the battery connector assembly inside a battery ready to be scrapped.

Step 2. Set the voltage of the power supply at 4.0V, connect the battery connector assembly to the device
and power supply (Keep the mobile on switch off mode).

Step 3. Read the consumption of the device on power supply.

Value on power supply Conclusion

0mA~0.2mA PCBA is OK
＞0.2mA PCBA is NOK(Overconsumption)
