Agreement Terms and Conditions
* American Express Saudi Arabia shall provide the
offer to Cardmembers.
* The Service Establishment will charge the
Cardmember the net amount after deducting any
discounts of the purchase.
* American Express Saudi Arabia will promote the
offer by uploading it on its website.
* This offer is comparable or equal to any other offer
allowed provided by the Service Establishment to its
clients during the same offer period mentioned in
this Agreement.
* Due to the strict corporate guidelines, American
Express Saudi Arabia reserves the right to decline
inappropriate images and text and use appropriate
images and edit write-ups, after consulting with the
Service Establishment, as it sees fit and
communicate the offer to its Cardmembers by all or
any available communication channel it sees fit.
* The Service Establishment should provide a digital
logo in a vector, JPEG, or PNG format size no less
than 400x400.
* By accepting the terms and conditions of this
Agreement, you hereby grant American Express
Saudi Arabia the license to use your logo (without
alteration of any kind) on all American Express
Saudi Arabia’s marketing materials strictly in
relation to marketing this offer.
* American Express Saudi Arabia will obtain the
approval from the Service Establishment for all
planned social media communications with regards
to this offer.
