1.
Except so far as otherwise expressly stated, this Documentary
credit is subject to the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary
Credits (2007 Revision), International Chamber of Commerce Publication No.
600

If the documents called for do not include Insurance Policy(ies) or
Certificate(s), we undertake to provide the Bank within 7days from the date of
issuance of this Credit, an Insurance Policy or Certificate acceptable to the
Bank for the CFR value plus at least 10% fling which the bank may obtain
insurance at our expense, though not obliged to do so.
3.
We acknowledge and declare that the beneficiaries or exporters
of the underlying commodities / services are not blacklisted, and the
commodities / services sought to be imported are not banned or prohibited.
4.
The Bank is authorized to make any additions to the documents
specified under this Credit to ensure compliance with government regulations,
thought not obliged to do so.
5.
This Documentary Credit and the drawing(s) there under are
