1. In reference with DepEd Order No. 44, series 2015, entitled Guideline on the
Enhancement of School Improvement Planning (SIP) Process and the School Report
Card all schools are to form School Planning Team which is plays a vital role in crafting
SIP.

2. The purpose of this team is to identify concerns and issues, and strategically coming up
with appropriate interventions through collaborative process.

3. The following will compose the School Planning Team:

-School Head as the Team Leader

-Student Representative
-Teacher Representative
-Parent Representative
-Bgrgy./LGU Representative
-Member of the BDRRMC
-Member of Child Protection Committee
4. Attached herewith are the Terms and Reference of the School Planning team and its
members.

 SCHOOL PLANNING TEAM
TERMS OF REFERENCE

Definition:
A team composed of internal and external stakeholders organized for the purpose of identifying
school concerns and issues, and strategically coming up with appropriate interventions through
a collaborative process.

Members:
 Composed at least 7 members with good gender balance
 Composed of the following:
-School Head as the Team Leader
-Student Representative
-Teacher Representative
-Parent Representative
-Bgrgy./LGU Representative
-Member of the BDRRMC
-Member of Child Protection Committee
