Dear BROWN, ROGER or Homeowner,

You are receiving this notice because you are the registered owner and Grantee of the property
(Warranty Deed) on the record in deed book 5012 page 11 parcel 032 dated Apirl 02,
2003 which makes you responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the home and premises
referenced by the address below.

Although this home appears to be vacant you may still be responsible for maintenance and up
keep of the yard and the premises. Furthermore, it is unlawful to leave litter on any public or
private property within the State of California, as doing so may subject you to enforcement actions
of which may include being charged with a misdemeanor and being fined in accordance with
Sections 91.8104.1 L.A.M.C. :17920.3.CH.&S.C.

NEW BEGINNING. agrees to perform the following work items to bring your property within
good standing: Remove all trash from property, cut and maintain lawn. Install locks on all
open gates and entrys, fix and repair any broken windows..

If we do not receive your response by July 29, 2012 and no action is taken to bring the
premises into good standing, then by your tacit acquiescence we shall assume the house and
premises is vacant, and by this agreement we shall move to complete the work items listed herein
on July 31, 2012

Labor is provided by NEW BEGINNING upon condition of repayment. The failure to pay for the
work provided constitutes your acceptance and understanding that a lien will be filed against the
above mentioned property as collateral to secure the debt incurred.
