What are the concrete roles and responsibilities?

The person who takes a role is collaborating with the other group members on a specific task and is accountable for the result
of a specific task. The Weebly-editor performs the task on his own but make sure that there is a fair division of workload and
that everybody is involved and feels the ownership for the project.
