Departure Order. I am a frequent traveler due to the nature of my job and
management position.

I intend to leave the country on 23 October 2023 and arrive back in the
Philippines on 27 October 2023. Attached herewith is the ORIGINAL copy of the Order
of Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 88 Paranaque City.

Attached herewith are the other pertinent documents which are needed for the
approval of the extremely urgent humble request.
