Check APU oil quantity on CDU. Service if “ADD” or “LOW” is displayed.
1. (Note: If “LOW” message displayed, it will also be accompanied by blue “MAINT” light.)
Visually check cockpit windscreens and windows for cleanliness and serviceability.

Check and service the A and B hydraulic system quantities from the MLG wheel well. If required fill
until the reservoir quantity indicator reads approximately 2/3 between “RFL” (Refill) and “F” (Full).
5. Do not fill all the way to “F” (see AMM task 12-12-00-610-801). Record quantities uplifted in
Tech Log.
Operational check of standby power control unit. Airplane applicability note: Dual battery
6. installation.
(a) Check serviceability and security of therapeutic and portable oxygen bottles and portable
fire extinguishers. Check therapeutic and portable oxygen bottles expiry dates and ensure
sufficient life remaining until next 14-day service check.
NOTE: LIFE OF PORTABLE OXYGEN BOTTLES IS 5 YEARS (1825 DAYS TOTAL) FROM
DATE OF LAST HT TEST. THE DATE OF LAST HT TEST (or Date of Manufacture)
IS IDENTIFIED ON THE BOTTLE NECK.

(b) Check passenger seats and seat belts for obvious defects and cleanliness also ensure life
jackets are in stowage (including children’s and spares).
(c) Check over-wing emergency exits are secure.
(d) Check passenger service units for condition and security.
(e) General visual inspection of the upper wing surfaces from cabin window.
Check flight deck and cabin interior lights for operation, condition and security. Check passenger
8. “Fasten seat belts” and “No smoking” signs for proper lighting.
Confirm correct quantity and condition of infant life jackets or that valise is sealed.

Check all galley and toilet faucets for operation and adequate flow. Check galley and toilet
10. washbasin drain plugs are clear. Check ice drawer in galley for cleanliness and clean if necessary.
Check all exterior, navigation and wing/body anti-collision lights for operation, condition and

Carry out crushed ice cleaning of vacuum waste lines IAW AMM task 38-32-00-100-801.

Lubricate nose wheel steering collar IAW AMM 12-21-21.

14. NOTE: This task satisfies the requirements of SB 737-32-1448, Workpackage 1, Mandated
by FAA AD 2016-18-01.
a) Dust overhead panels using soft bristle brush and vacuum cleaner.
b) Dust central pedestal using soft bristle brush and vacuum cleaner.
c) Dust side panels using soft bristle brush and vacuum cleaner.
d) Dust accessory panels using soft bristle brush and vacuum cleaner.
e) Using a damp cloth dust and clean glare shield.
f) Using a dry cloth dust and clean handles, switches on all panels and pedestals.

g) Clean crew seats arm rests and visible structure making sure crew seat mechanism is clean
when fully forward and fully aft making sure it is free from debris.
h) Clean instrument and VDU lenses using wet-wipe tissues and Dry-wipe tissues.
i) Landing Gear Manual Extension Access Door, Check for free movements, if necessary,
clean and lubricate the hinge.
j) Flight Deck Torches. Ensure quantity two present and operationally check for
serviceability.
Service left engine oil to full using sight glass. Record oil quantities in Tech log on current Sector

Detailed inspection of right IDG oil level. Note: Push “vent” valve before servicing. Record

Drain sample from fuel tank sumps. Check for water content IAW AMM Task 12-11-00-680-801
