Experience
Business Analytics Senior Manager, CIGNA HEALTHCARE, PHOENIX, AZ August 2021 - Present
 Leading the Executive Leadership Team in a cleanup of 200 Workday positions and job requisitions to increase
ability to forecast accurately.
 Prepare four project management documents, including project plan, work breakdown structure, change
management plan and the overall schedule for the Operations Resiliency Scorecard project.
 Devise and manage an intake process to manage work requests across four teams to ensure projects were
defined, high-level requirements were identified, and the teams had a way to determine level of effort.
 Conduct bi-weekly meetings with Senior Leadership Team members to prioritize work and determine if team's
capacity is sufficient or if the work needs to be put in the backlog and prioritized at another time.
 Identified opportunity to reduce inconsistencies in reporting, devised a project plan to solve for the
inconsistencies fixing approximately 30 items preventing discrepancies between the planning team and the
business teams.
 Coordinate a team to create a plan to incentivize 3000+ advocates based on performance by delivering guidance
on business process, metric knowledge, and design expertise for report creation.
 Bring knowledge and guide a team of 30+ individuals to adapt to agile practices as a Certified Release Train
Engineer.
 Recipient of the 2022 CEO's Champion Quarterly Award for project management work on the migration from IEX
to Verint, a million-dollar project

Management Operating System Subject Matter Expert, CIGNA HEALTHCARE, PHOENIX, AZ June 2020 - August 2021
 Delivered technical expertise on over 100 different metrics to the Enterprise Management Operating System
teams.
 Provided guidance to the MOS Sustainability team to ensure design concepts for three different tools would
meet business requirements.
 Led daily stand-up meetings to determine impacts to timelines and barriers.

Business Analytics Senior Manager, CIGNA HEALTHCARE, PHOENIX, AZ September 1996 - June 2020
 Created four dashboards for Workforce Planning and Strategy's Intradiem release implemented in 2020.
 Led three Agile teams as a Scrum Master, coached teams on the Agile practices, removed barriers, and strove for
