Preliminary Questions:
1. Hello, good day to you. How are you? We are the researchers from Davao Oriental State University, conducting research
about Perks and Plights of Person with Hearing Impairment in their Transition Program. Our study aims to identify the
difficulties and benefits of transition program for person with hearing impairment. Since our study focuses on the transition
program of person with hearing impairment, we are searching for our respondents who undergo these services. (Hello,

for any topics that shouldn’t be asked. Along with these you will promote deaf awareness and your culture through your
experiences. We will perform maximum privacy of critical personal information to minimize the risks and will ensure that the
study will be made public to provide information about your struggles and demands that will, in turn, be used as basis for
future activities that will ease the struggles for persons with hearing impairment having the same experiences. (Sa
