A DETAILED LESSON PLAN IN ENGLISH

 Present Level of Performance: Francis is a Nongraded kinder and visually impaired


low vision student. He has a weak fine motor skills that make difficult for him to finish all
the task in the given time. He has a problem in holding pencil in writing and coloring, he
can't also managed to used scissors properly. In terms of giving instructions, Francis can
follow accordingly. The teacher commonly uses a teaching strategies where he can
strengthen the fine motor skills of Francis like activities that is more on hand
coordination.

I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson the student should be able to:
A. Know what is sizes and their different attributes.
B. Differentiate the distinct attributes of sizes, and;
C. Identify the different attributes of sizes using hands-on instructional materials.

Our topic for today is all about “The different Attributes of


sizes”
As you can observe in the objects I presented a while
ago. Each object has different sizes that’s why we must
know how to determine its size.

But first what is the size? Do you have any idea? None teacher.
That would be fine because today I'll help you to know
what is size and its attributes

Sizes are the measurement of certain objects. Not just in


objects but in everything that surrounds us.

Examples of this are:


 Small -Big
 Long – Short
 Tall -Short
For you to understand well I have here a picture of its
attributes.

SMALL and BIG

Which of them is the big one?

essential in different aspects. One of which is in the
concept of communication. At times we encounter
terminologies of sizes and to successfully deliver and
receive the message we must fully understand their
distinctive descriptions to avoid miscommunications. And
of course, characteristics in sizes have their descriptions
that should not be interchanged hence it will lead to Done teacher!
