Course Description : This course will allow students to attain an understanding of the principles of management and organization.
This course would explore the wide scope of management, its functions and answer the question as to whether management is a
science or an art. This course would also tackle about the organization and how organizational behavior greatly affects its success or
failure. Moreover, another important topic to be discussed under this course is the organizational culture which will gain many and
opposing ideas and opinions. Finally, this course will not only allow students to attain understanding but also consciousness of the
many opportunities and challenges that surrounds an organization and tolerance of the diversity of methods and strategies present
and are being used.
