Job Purpose:

 Capability Building, Project Planning, Requirement Gathering & Enhancements,

Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management
 Manage and monitor portal & app related developments, enhancements, and
post-production support

Roles & responsibilities:

 Candidate will be a part of PMO/COE team and would be contributing for

capability building and developing processes & portals
 Candidate will be responsible for identifying requirements by engaging with
respective SMEs and business users
 Identification of system / process gaps and coordinate with stakeholders for
launching new initiatives in field
 Candidate should engage and understand reports and dashboard requirements
from respective SMEs, BIU team and business
 Candidate needs to proactively explore all the platforms & understand their
different entities, workflows and should be able to draft the appropriate
requirement enhancement
 Candidate will be responsible for doing user testing and managing app & web
platforms
  Candidate would be responsible for managing & handling data issues,
functional issues, operational issues and interface with delivery managers,
business users, SME for resolution.
 Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across
the company.
 Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and
data analytics skills.
 Good Interpersonal Skills.
 Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter
