interconnected vignettes, this novel explores themes of identity, culture, and
the challenges faced by a young Latina girl growing up in a poor
neighborhood.

2. "The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian" by Sherman Alexie:

This semi-autobiographical novel follows Junior, a Native American teenager,
as he navigates his identity, poverty, and cultural conflicts while attending a
predominantly white school.
