Greetings of the day!
We are pleased to infonn you that the Annual Day of the school will be conducted on Thursday, 18 Ja~uary
2024 at Jawaharlal Nehru Weightlifting Indoor Stadium. We cordially invite you to grace the function by
your benign presence. The fonnal invitation card will be sent through your ward on Monday, 15.01.2024.
For details of the programme including the parking facility and entry gate please refer to the invitation card.
Please occupy your seats by 5.00 p.m. Kindly note the following details regarding the schedule from 15.01 .24

Other instructions for the participants and volunteers on Thursday - 18.01.24:.
I. Participants & Volunteers should reach school by 08.00 a.m.
2. Buses will ply only in the morning.
3. Students should come to school in their regular winter school uniform, with convenient footwear. I Card is
mandatory.
4. After the programme at 8.40 p.m., parents are requested to pick up their wards after the completion of the entire
programme, from the Jawaharlal Nehru Weightlifting Indoor Stadium from the designated place with the consent
of teachers in charge. The details orthe designated place and the teacher in-charge will be sent to the parents
on 16.01.24.
5. All the participants and volunteers will be provided Lunch and evening snacks. Parents are requested to send only
the water bottles and light tiffin with their wards.
6. Volunteers & Award Winners are required to come in proper and complete winter school uniforms. An ID card is
mandatory.
7. Important: No student is permitted to bring the mobile phone. Any violation to it will be viewed seriously. Non-
participants or/and parents will not be allowed entry in the green rooms or in the nearby areas.
8. Parents are requested not to take photographs and kindly keep their mobile phones on 'silent' mode during the
conduct of the programme.
