CONTRACT OF SERVICES

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract is made and entered by and between:

OESTE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, a Public Secondary School, with

address at Brgy. Oeste, Tarangnan, Samar, represented by its School Head,
FRANCIS C. LUCERO, hereinafter referred to as the “FIRST PARTY”,
-and-

ERNESTO M. CACHERO, of legal age, Filipino and with residence address

at Brgy. Oeste, Tarangnan, Samar, hereinafter referred to as the “SECOND
PARTY”,

WITNESSETH:

1. That the FIRST PARTY is in need of the services of the SECOND PARTY who
shall perform work not performed by the regular personnel of the FIRST
PARTY;

2. That the SECOND PARTY has signified his/her intention to which the
FIRST PARTY has accepted, to provide the services needed by the latter;

3. That the SECOND PARTY hereby possess the education, experience and/ or
skills required to perform the job as described herein;

4. That the SECOND PARTY hereby attests that he/she is not related within
the third degree (3rd) of sanguinity or affinity to the hiring authority and/or
representative of the FIRST PARTY and that he/she has not been previously
dismissed from government service by reason of an administrative offense;

5. That in the view hereof, the SECOND PARTY is hereby contracted as a

School Utility from January-March 2023 in consideration of Five Thousand
Pesos only (P5,000.00) to be paid on a monthly basis and upon the
availability of the school MOOE for the reserved;

That the SECOND PARTY shall perform work from 5:30 to 10:30 in the
morning and 3:00 to 5:30 in the afternoon during weekdays (Monday to
Friday), and 6:00 am to 9:00 am during Saturdays and Sundays.

6. That notwithstanding the above-mentioned schedule of work, the SECOND

PARTY may be required to render services by the FIRST PARTY as the
exigency of the service may require;
7. That it is understood that this contact does not create an employer-
employee relationship between the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY,
that the services rendered hereunder are not considered as basis for
entitlements to leave privileges and other benefits by the regular personnel
of the FIRST PARTY;

8. That this contract shall take effect on January 2023 to March 2023 and
shall automatically on without due notice, unless subsequently renewed.
The services of the SECOND PARTY may be terminated earlier that the
expiration date due to unsatisfactory service, unavailability of funds or
other reasons outside the control of the FIRST PARTY.

IN WITNESS HEREOF, the parties hereunto set their hands on January,

2023 at Oeste Nationa High School, Tarangnan, Samar.
