Tanauan City College (TCC) recognizes the role of the Academic Personnel in its three-fold function of instruction, research and extension. Instituting a comprehensive program to develop
a dynamic, well equipped, and committed academic personnel is the trust and priority of the college.

These specific objectives are formulated: To produce faculty who are


1. Committed and competent;
2. Demonstrate leadership and decision making abilities by assuming professional accountabilities to the performance of their roles and functions;
3. Participate in community development scheme; and
4. Engage in research activities that can contribute to quality instruction.
The following areas are hereby considered:
