Start

Operation 1. Click [Part Process] on the Main Menu of AP100G

2. Click [File] and [New].

3. Specify the settings in the [Processing Setup Condition] dialog
box, and click [OK].

End
To End application,

Operation 1. Click [File] and [Exit Application].

The following two basic operation flows can be used to generate NC
programs in AP100G Part Processing. 1

1.2.1 Create NC Program for Single Part

This operation generates NC programs for a single part.
Loading unfold drawing data

1. Start AP100 Parts Processing and load unfold drawing data of

the parts, which is created with AP100 unfold drawing or other
software, on a sheet.

Assigning tool path

1. Specify assigning conditions of tool path and automatically

assign them.
It is also possible to assign them manually.

 1.2.2 Create NC Program for Grid Parts
This operation generates NC programs by Multiple Layout.
It is used when many parts (large number of lots) are created. It is also 1
suitable when a repeat order of parts is periodically made but with a

Loading unfold drawing data

1. Start AP100 Parts Processing and load unfold drawing data of

parts on a sheet which is created with AP100 unfold drawing or
other software.
