3.1 Change Tool Group
[Process Order]-[Process Order Group Instruction] 3

Change tool group to setup sequencing. The following three groups are

processing order groups. The Group that has a smaller number is

processed first. Usually, standard tools are applied to Group 2 and
downward forming tools to Group3. (Group 1 is for user.)
! Group 1 (Group-instructing color: Red)
! Group 2 (Group-instructing color: Blue)

! Group 3 (Group-instructing color: White)

1. Click [Process Order] and [Process Order Group Instruction].


Operation
2. On [Process Order Group Instruction] dialog box, change the
selection method of tooling if necessary.
! [Individual]: Selects tooling individually.
! [Package]: Selects tool path that have the same T number (TNO).

! [T No. Package Change]: Specify group by using used tool list.

● With [Changing T No Pack Change], dialog box appears. Select the T


number to be changed and click the arrow button to move tool to another

group.

3. Select tooling to change group. (For [Individual], you can select
multiple tooling by holing left mouse button, dragging around or
click one by one.)
● When [Confirm Continous Addition] on system tab of Condition Setup 3
condition is selected, any number of tooling can be selected by clicking each

path continuously. If [Confirm Continous Addition] is not selected, any Change
number of process paths can be selected by clicking each path continuously Sequencing
while holding the Shift key.
● While using this function, Bookmark can not be used.
● If [Select Method] is changed after selecting tooling, all selection will be
canceled.

4. Select a group number button (1 to 3) to change specified tooling


to.

● When the process order of a selected tool path is fixed, the fixed tool path is
changed at the same time.
Tips

5. To change another tooling, repeat steps 2 to 4.


6. Click [Close] to exit.

1. Click [Process Order] and [Tooling Switch Instruction]. Sequencing

2. Select groups in the [Instruction Reorder Tools] dialog box.


(Click the tab to display tool list.)

3. Change the order or processing method of tools if necessary. You
can use following buttons.
Manual change:
[Move]: 3

Move tool.
Select tool to change then click the other tool that you want to Change
hit before selected tool. Sequencing
[Replace]:
Switch tool order between selected tools.
Click two tools and the tool order are switched.
Auto-change:
[Auto Replace]:
Sort tools based on the current condition. To change the
condition, click [Tooling Replace] to display the [Auto Tool
Switch Condition] dialog box.

Change direction to process:
[Processing Method]:
Changes a processing method.
Select a processing method (Punch from Top to Bottom or from
Bottom to Top) from the list and click tools to apply.

4. To change other groups, repeat steps 2 and 3.


5. Click [OK] to exit.

There are four ways to change.


! Change sequencing continuously

! Package change

! Multiple Arrangement Macro Separation

! Change direction/quadrant of multiple arrays

3.3.1 Continuous Instruction


[Process Order]-[Process Order Manual Change]-[Continuous Instruction]

Select tooling to set sequences.

Note Only tooling in the same reposition can be selected.

Operation
1. Click [Process Order], [Process Order Manual Change], and
[Continuous Instruction].
2. Click the first tooling to be changed on the screen.
● Selecting tapping and pre-punch may be difficult because they are on same
position. That case, use “Filter Tooling” to make selection easier.
Tips
● To change “Filter Tooling” setting while changing sequencing, click
[Replace].

3. Click tooling by the order you want to set.

● The tooling selected is displayed in red. And sequence number appears at


Tips “Base” and [+0] under “Base” field. The unselectable tools are displayed in
gray.

4. When tool path have been selected, click [Decision].


● The direction can be changed by [Change Direction], [Change Starting
Point] buttons. Refer [4.2 Change process direction] for operation. However,

the direction of first tooling selected can not be changed.
● To confirm order, click and . Current tooling is displayed in
red.
● To start over, click [Cancel].

5. Click [Close] to exit.

3.3.2 Package Change

Move lines in the processing order list to change the processing order.
1. Click [Process Order], [Process Order Manual Change], and

2. Change condition settings in the [Condition to Change the


Processing Order] dialog box if necessary.
● When the setting of [Moving Instruction Order] is changed to [Target #
Source], you can specify the order from the destination. In this case, Operate

steps 3 and 4 in reverse order.

3. Select the line to be moved.

4. Select the destination line.


● A line to be moved is inserted after the selected line. If multiple lines are
Tips selected, the original order in the processing order list takes effect.

5. A confirmation message appears. Click [OK].

6. To change other order, repeat steps 3 to 5.
7. Click [Close] to exit.

Settings in the [Changing Condition of Process Order] dialog box

$ Moving Instruction Order


Select whether to select target first or the destination.
$ Types
Sets [Single row] if you select [Keep Process Order fixed]. In the
other cases, selecting multiple lines is possible as below.
% Same TNO:
Move all lines of same TNO at a time.
% Same shape:
Move all lines of same shape at a time.

% Same range:
Move all lines of same tool guide size at a time.
% Same pattern:
Move all lines of same pattern (single hit, shear proof type
pattern) at a time. 3

$ Front-End Relation (Inside Repo)


With multiple selections set the target row.
% Under Moving Source: select: Select all sequences continued
after selected line.
% Before/After Moving Source: all sequences continued before
and after selected line.
% All: Select all rows matching [Type] data.
■ Only move within same Group
Specify this to limit the destination in the same process order group.
■ Keep UV.
To prevent from increasing tool change to prohibit moving lines to
inside of UV macro.
■ Keep Process Order fixed
Allow only one line to move for keeping fixed order.

$ This function cannot be used when the setting of [NC Data Creation Change
Caution Method] is set to [Not Replace Tooling] for the NC creation condition Sequencing
(punching).
$ Only processing with “U1 - V1” displayed in the processing order list
can be separated. Since “U1V1” is a macro that has only one
processing, it cannot be separated.
$ The separation is invalidated when [NC Data Creation Method] in NC
creation condition is changed after separation.
1. Click [Process Order], [Process Order Manual Change], and

2. Select the tooling in the macro to be separated on the screen or
in the processing order list.

6. After separation is completed, click [Close] to exit.

3.3.4 Change Direction/Quadrant of Multiple Arrays

Change the starting point or direction of a multiple parts array (grid)


Change
macro (UV) for better optimization. You can specify tooling with
Sequencing
“U1-V1” or “U1V1” displayed in the processing order list.

Caution $ The changes are invalidated with operation after the change: changing
NC creation condition or changing process order group number.

Operation 1. Click [Process Order], [Process Order Manual Change], and


[Change of Multiple Arrangement Starting Pos., Direction].
2. Select the tooling on the screen or in the processing order list.

3. Click the button of the starting position you want in the [Change
of Starting Position/Direction] dialog box. Select the direction
and quadrant.
● When the number of X part is one, [Starting Point] cannot be set to [Upper
right] and [Lower right]. When the number of Y part is one, [Upper left] and

[Upper right] cannot be set.
● When the number of X part is one or horizontal tooling is used for common
line cut,, the setting of [Direction Priority] cannot be set to [Y Direction].
When the number of Y part is one or Vertical tooling is used for common line
cut,, the setting of [Direction Priority] cannot be set to [X Direction]

4. To continue making changes, repeat steps 2 and 3.


5. When the change was completed, click [Close] to exit.

3.3.5 Cancel Modification


[Process Order]-[Process Order Manual Change]-[Release]

Cancel all the changes done by using [Process Order] and [Process Order
Manual Change].
1. Click [Process Order], [Process Order Manual Change], and
[Release].
Operation
2. A confirmation message is displayed. Click [OK].
