Criteria
A. Performance Measurement Assessment (30pts.)
Third Party Service Provider has the capability in providing workers with the
required knowledge and skills prior deployment and able to provide trainings
& seminars that would enhance outstanding customer service. Training
Output Modules are aligned with the principal's culture & shall be updated as needed.
TPSP workers are compliant with the standards of quality & efficiency in the
workplace, safety and health environment & other requirements indicated in
the Service Level Agreement.
Achieved Meets the contractual requirements, scope & services was accomplished.
B. Communication and Accessibility (10pts.)
TPSP's Coordinators/Supervisors are available & make themselves present
Output when the need arises. They must be capable in addressing the services &
documentary requirements.
