science writing. It is a broad phrase that incorporates a wide range of forms and formats
targeted at communicating scientific concepts, research findings, and technical
information to various audiences.

FEATURES OF SCEINCE WRITING


1. Clarity- attempts to express complicated topics in a simple manner.
2. Precision in language and terminology is required for scientific writing.
3. Objectivity- Scientific writing necessitates accuracy in language and vocabulary.
4. Structure and Organization- In the case of research articles, it normally
contains an introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusion.
5. Authors provide a list of references to acknowledge the efforts of others and help
readers to verify the material presented.
6. Audience Awareness- Tailored Style: Science writing's style varies depending
on the audience (scientific community, students, general public).
7. Engagement (in Popular Science Writing)- In popular science writing, engaging
language and storytelling approaches are used to grab a general audience's
attention.
8. Ethical Considerations- Science writing follows ethical criteria, such as
responsible research reporting, avoiding plagiarism, and ensuring that the work
