PROJECT TITLE:

“REHABILITATION OF PAVEMENT FLOORINGS IN PRIMARY BUILDING”

RATIONALE:

The Department of Education (DepEd) with its new battlecry “MATATAG :

BANSANG MAKABATA,BATANG MAKABANSA ”,
never stops in finding ways to provide quality education to our young Filipino learners.

With this, our school as always, finds different mechanisms in providing quality
education. Learners will love learning and going to school if their environment is beautiful
and friendly. This is the primary reason why we planned and decided to rehabilitate , improve
and beautify the floorings of the primary building by putting up a semi-bricks flooring to let
our young learners feel comfortable and enjoy their stay in school while they are learning.

Moreso, having a friendly environment in school will make its personnel to love
working and feel comfortable too, as well as the external stakeholders.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT :

1. To have safe and friendly school environment;
2. To entice learners in going to school;
3. To let learners feel comfortable and enjoy while learning in school;
4. To inspire other schools in creating an enticing and friendly school and
5. To let school’s stakeholders (both internal and external) feel comfortable while
working in school.

November 2, 2022

ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT (NARRATIVE)

The school is an institution which responsible in molding the learners into

a responsible individuals in the society. This is where one is crafted into a
better person who will be an emblem of the kind of learning center where one
was raised. The multifarious concern of school demands working with others to
accomplish designed tasks and objectives. These would need dedicated
school personnel , cooperative parents, accountable community and innovative
learners.

With these kind of individuals, rehabilitation of pavement floorings in primary

building was made possible.

Realizing that the beautiful and child-friendly second-home will look even
more attractive if we will rehabilitate and beautify the flooring of the primary
building. That was in the month of August when we had the proposal of the
rehabilitation . Fortunate enough , there were a lot of people who extended
their help by giving cash donations for the completion of the said project. It was
initiated by the hardworking MPTA officers of the school. With the exceptional
hardwork and dedication of the school officers , spearheaded by the ever
supportive SPTA President, Ms. Karen S. Turla, the dream of having a
“bricked-like flooring” in the primary primary building was put into a realization
when it was fully accomplished on October 30, 2022.
