EXCERPT FROM THE MINUTES OF THE BOD REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 20, 2023
AT THE SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER.

A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE SIGNATORIES OF THE BANK ACCOUNT OF ZONE IV SENIOR CITIZENS
ASSOCIATION WITH THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES – MARBEL BRANCH

WHEREAS, the Senior Citizens Association of Zone IV held their election on July 2019 and elected the
new set of officers;

WHEREAS, the new signatories of the bank account of the Senior Citizens Association of Zone IV shall be
President Alma D. Gayta and Treasurer Delia L. Ambat, and that any transactions shall be signed by the
President and the Treasurer, or its alternate, the Secretary;

WHEREAS, the Senior Citizens of Zone IV are looking forward to the New Elected Officers for three
successive years;

WHEREFORE, on motion by Nenita M. Tan, elected Vice-President to make a resolution for the New
Signatories of Zone IV of Senior Citizens Association Bank Account.

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that this resolution be submitted to the Development Bank of
the Philippines (DBP) for their reference.
