Brigada Eskwela Closing Program

The Brigada Eskwela Closing Program started with a lively greeting from the Master of Ceremony, Mr.
Michael Angelo M. Lozada at exactly 1:30PM followed by the national anthem that was conducted by Mr.
Jonard L. Baguio. Around 1:45PM, the prayer was given by the teacher III of science department, Mrs.
Bernadine R. Lamberang. Then, the head teacher III of SPA campus, Ma’am Aileen L. Luab gave the welcome
remarks to formally greet and appreciate everyone’s attendance. By 2:15PM, Ma’am Wrench G. Molde, the
head teacher III of SPA campus presented all the certificates of accomplishments to all active and promising
teachers that made the Brigada Eskwela possible and successful.

The monthly wide meeting started around 1:30PM with a joyful greeting from the principal of SPA Campus,
Ma’am Alna Lasala following a prayer whom leaded by the Head teacher III of SPA Campus, Ma’am Aileen
Luab. The reminders and things to do was immediately brought up by ma’am Lasala around 1:40PM and then
discussed the things to reconsider in the opening of classes. Mr. Jonathan Linasa raised his concern regarding
the expansion and overlapping of subjects, which was then easily addressed by ma’am Lasala. Another question
was raisded by Mr. Michael Angelo Lozada with regards to the requirements of classroom opening, particularly
with the number of students. Ma’am Lasala immediately responded to the query and elaborated the issue. By
2:20PM, she then presented the classroom observation to the teachers and discussed the things needed for an
outstanding performance rating. Meanwhile, Mr. Oddyso Oyales raised his concern with the required lesson
plan to be used in the Classroom Observation which was directly answered by Mrs. Aileen Luab. After the
information was given, Ma’am Juliet Cagadas and Mr. Juacris Valejo followed up their query about the tool
required for the Classroom Observation. The questions were also responded by ma’am Luab. Then around
2:40PM, Ma’am Lasala brought up the issue and concern about the trash particulary the cleanliness of Ariosa
Building which Mr. Linasa also add up the designation of non – advisers to specific areas around the campus.
Afterwards, Ma’am Lasala imposed the new draft and schedule of all classroom advisers including the new
designated marshalls. By 3:40PM, she then raised the issue of unnecessary messages being send in the SPA
main group chat and created a new resolution to the problem. At exactly 4:10PM, Ma’am Luab take over and
brought up the open forum part of the meeting. She then calmly facilitated the difficulties and misunderstanding
of all teachers and gave a definite resolution which was also back up with an immediate reconciliation by
Ma’am Genielyn Calago. When everyone was pacified, around 4:25PM ma’am Lasala moved on to the next
agendum which talks about the safety protocols and food ( including beverages). Lastly, ma’am Grace Parales
ended the meeting with a prayer at exactly 4:28PM.
