Minutes of the Meeting

1 Minutes on the Distribution of Loads and Schedule for 2nd Semester was held on October 29, 2019 in
2 Grade 12A room. Present were SHS advisers and subject teachers.

4 I. Call to Order
5 The meeting was called to order at 10 o’clock in the morning presided by the Mrs. Lyvharea S.
6 Orpiano, SHS Curriculum Chairperson, with the presence of Mrs. Marissa F. Castro, SHS
7 Coordinator.
8 II. Opening Prayer
9 The prayer was led by Mrs. Ailyn Guevarra.
10 III. Meeting Proper
11 Mrs. Orpiano presented the load distribution of the teachers for the 2nd semester of school year
12 2018-2019. Then, she opened the floor to any suggestions or reactions about their loads. Ms.
13 Nieva and Ms. Torralba agreed to switch loads to have one (1) preparation. The Organization
14 and Management of Ms. Torralba will be given to Ms. Nieva, and hers, Media and Information
15 Literacy will be given to Ms. Torralba. Mrs. Naputo suggested that Disaster Readiness and
16 Risk Reduction of Mrs. Orpiano for Grade 12 C will be added to the load of Mrs. Apelacio.
17 Also, Mrs. Guevarra aired her feelings about her load which is all TVL Bread and Pastry
18 classes, thinking that she isn’t a graduate of that, but a ABM graduate rather. Mrs. Castro got
19 into the discussion and settled the issue. She said that teachers should accept the
20 responsibilities given to them, anyway they are given because they are capable of those. After
21 issues on number of loads were discussed, the distribution of class and teacher’s schedule took
22 place. There were few conflicts on schedule found which were immediately corrected.

24 Others
25 Mr. Tagnawa talked about work immersion for the grade 12 students. This will happen every
26 Thursday and Friday. So, schedule for the rest of the subjects are from Monday to Wednesday
27 only. However, Mr. Tagnawa said that he is still working on this matter for partner companies
28 haven’t respond yet on the request for immersion.

32  Student’s clearance should be done inside the classroom
33  Checking of Student’s Attendance and reporting students with irregular attendance

36 There were no other matters to be discussed; the meeting was adjourned at 11: 40 a.m.
