9 Mrs. Christine Junedee L. Corsiga, classroom adviser, oriented the parents on the schedule
10 and manner of the distribution of modules and submission of outputs.

12 2. Vaccination of Parents and Students

14 Parents were encouraged to vaccinate their children for the possible face-to-face classes
15 come January 2022. It was emphasized that those who prefer not to be vaccinated will
16 possibly not be allowed to attend the Face-to-face classes and will continue with the
17 blended learning modality (modular/online).

19 3. Gulayan sa Paaralan and 4Ps Beneficiaries

21 Parents were encouraged to participate and render at least an hour in the Gulayan sa
22 Paaralan activities, especially 4Ps beneficiaries. The latter were advised to secure
23 certificate of participation from Mr. Jeffrey Alfonso.

4. PTA Contribution
28 It was discussed that there is a PTA contribution worth Php500.00. Parents were told that
29 this is voluntary, however they were encouraged to pay in order to fund some school
30 activities that would benefit the students. The contribution can be paid in installment basis
31 or be paid in full at the PTA Office.

46 The grading system was presented to the parents, as well as the teachers of the
47 various subjects. Grades for Introduction to the Philosophy of the Human Person,
48 Understanding Culture, Society and Politics, and Filipino sa Piling Larangan were given
49 to respective parents. Grades of other subjects were not yet submitted to the class
50 adviser.
