Works Procedure

4.1 Survey/Setting Out

 The initial survey and setting out of the project boundary shall be carried out by a licensed surveyor.

4.2 Preparatory works

 The number of staff shall be determined.
 Proposed location of temporary site office shall be identified.
 Electricity, water, temporary septic tanks, phone and internet line shall be provided.
 Parking area for site staff (if necessary).

4.3 Setting up site office

 Portable cabins shall be unloaded using a mobile crane and placed at designated area.
 The site office shall be equipped with fittings, furniture and office equipment as stated in BQ.
 A meeting room, toilet, consultant office (if necessary) and store shall be provided

5.0 Post Erection

 The septic tank shall be desludged by Indah Water Konsortium (IWK).
 On completion of the contract, the site office shall be removed from the site.
