    The meeting started at 9:34 in the morning. There were 7 parents and
    7 teachers attended the meeting. Maam Laylen G. Delos Reyes, the Faculty
    President, led the conduct of the meeting and present the concerns/ agenda
    of the meeting.

    I. Financial Report (Mr. And Ms. Intrams)

    - Report of the proceeds of the said event.

    II. City Meet

    III. Report of General PTA Rabus

    IV. King and Queen of Hearts

    Concerns:

    Coronation - March 24

    1st Canvassing (per classroom) - February 24

    2nd Canvassing (ICT Room) - March 1

    Float (Parade)

    Awards (Major and Minor)

    Attire

    V. Deworming

    - Encourage parents to let their children join the deworming activity

    VI. Rabus

    - Monday, February 20 will be the General Rabus


    - Teachers were instructed to report the number of attendees
