I. Executive Summary
Shake n' Tea is our product name for our business, which
is Shake. We have made sure that the pricing of our
product is instantly affordable to customers. We won't raise
the price right away to ensure that customers will be
satisfied when we start.

Our product is not only for children but for all people who
want to buy it, such as students, workers, grandparents,
and anyone else who wants to buy it. We will make sure
that this product of ours will be a hit if we ever sell it. It
takes many processes before we get the sales or revenue we
desire for our product.

We will also prepare a lot of processes to make sure that


this product will be well liked by customers. We must
ensure that this product is safe for customers. Shake is
really nice to combine with your snacks with friends,
coworkers, and also for family bonding. If this really hits
the market, we also want to add more flavors and toppings
if this business hits at the market. Again, this product is
not only for kids but also for people who want to buy it.

VISION STATEMENT
So, this business of ours makes the customers happy; they
can take it everywhere they want. It can also let them enjoy
their rides, chika’s, etc. with their friends.

BRAND NAME
Our brand name is Shake n' Tea. We combined the words
shake and milk tea because some of our flavor comes from
milk tea. We also combined this word to catch the eyes of
the customers and show them what the real meaning of
our product is.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our product will make sure that you will enjoy it while
eating your snacks. Not only that, but, of course, while
talking with your friends too. We make sure that our
product is packed nicely for you all too. We want to show
what nice packaging we have. This product is good for all,
like children, students, workers, and even your
grandparents.

This product helps the family, friends, and workers enjoy
their chika’s with each other. Shake is a cold product that
can be combined with any snack you want while talking

INPUT:

2 pieces of mangoes
Condensed Milk (any brand)
Crashed Graham
Crashed Ice
Tapioca pearls (optional)
MATERIALS:
Blender
Different types of measure spoons
Cup and Straw
Styrofoam or Cooler for fresh ingredients
THROUGHPUT:
1. First, slice the mango into small or cube size pieces. Put
it in the bowl and set it aside.
2. Second, put the 1/4 cup of sliced mango, 3 tablespoons
of condensed milk, and crushed ice into the blender.
3. Next, blend until the ingredients are mixed together.
(Note: Don't blend the shake longer because it becomes
watery.)
4. Ready the cup of mango shake, put the tapioca pearl
(sago), next is the mango shake, in the middle add crashed
graham, and add mango shake again.
In the top of the shake, put crashed graham and cube
mangos.
5. Lastly, cover the cup and put the straw in the shake.

PROMOTION
Our idea for promoting our product is social media. It helps
us boost or spread our product to their friends. They can
also share our post with their family, friends, and
coworkers. We can also give them flyers. This can be an
easy way for us to introduce our product, which is shake.

PENETRATION PRICING
We will start at a lower price first. We'll observe if our
product is good for our customers, and if they like it, we
should make another plan to make our product unique to
increase our pricing. If our product is (pakto) to our
customers, we must start a new plan to have a new
product that they will like more. We will add more new
ideas to make our customers buy more from us.
