RESOLUTION NO. 37-2021

“A RESOLUTION OF SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF AWITAN PARACALE

CAMARINES NORTE APPROVING APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 1 S. 2021.”

WHEREAS, Presented for consideration and approval of this honorable body is the
supplemental budget no. 01 of this barangay for CY 2021 amounting one hundred
seven thousand eight hundred twenty eight and twelve centavos (Php 107,828.12).

WHEREAS, It was referred to the Barangay Council and after careful study and due
deliberation on this budget it was recommended for approval

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad ROSITA M. VELANTE, and is

seconded by Barangay Kagawad RICO C. VILLAFLORES;

BE IT, as it is;

HEREBY RESOLVED: to adopt.

APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 01 S. 2021

“AN ORDINANCE APPROVING SUPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 01 OF BARANGAY

AWITAN PARACALE CAMARINES NORTE FOR CY 2021, AMOUNTING A TOTAL
OF ONE HUNDRED SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT AND
TWELVE CENTAVOS (Php 107,828.12).”

SECTION I - The amount of one hundred seven thousand eight hundred twenty-eight
and twelve centavos (Php 107,828.12) is hereby approved for the following…

I. - INCOME

Amount available for Supplemental Budget

Savings from year 2020 -------------------------------------------- Php107,828.12

Total Income available for Supplemental----------------- Php107,828.12

II. APPROPRIATION
Year End Bonus ----------------------------------------------- Php40,200.00
Seminar----------------------------------------------------------- Php17,000.00
TEV ------------------------------------------------ Php35,000.00
Gasoline oil and lubricant for service vehicle---------------------- Php 15,628.12

SECTION II.- This ordinance shall take effect upon approval subject to auditing laws
Rules and regulations.

SECTION III. - Adopted;

RESOLVED FURTHER: To furnish copies hereon the Sangguniang Bayan of Paracale,

the Municipal Accounting the Budget Officer and DILG Officer Paracale Camarines
Norte for their information and appropriate action.
