“A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING YHE BARANGAY DISATER RISK REDUCTION AND
MANAGEMENT PLAN CY 2020 OF BARANGAY DARAO,SAN JUAN ,ILOCOS SUR “

WHEREAS, the Barangay development council recommend and endorsed for the adoption and
approval of the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan 2020;

WHEREAS, upon careful analysis and deliberation of the identified programs, projects and activities
indicated therein are the priority needs of Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction And Management Council;
WHEREAS, the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan CY202 as embodied and funded
from the 5% IRA of the Barangay

NOW THEREFORE , upon proper motion of Kagawad Lucio Suarez duly seconded Bernard
Cruz, it was;

RESOLVED ,AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to adopt and approve the barangay disaster risk and
management plan CY 2020 of barangay Darao,San Juan, Ilocos Sur.

MANAGEMENT(BDRRM) PLAN CY 2020 FROM THE BARANGAY DARAO,SAN JUAN ,ILOCOS SUR “

WHEREAS, the Barangay development council is a planning body of the to formulate

comprehensive plans and policies;

WHEREAS, there is a Barangay Disaster risk reduction and management council plan for 2020
With the 5% from the barangay disaster risk reduction and management fund to be allotted for
this purpose;

NOW THEREFORE , upon proper motion of Kagawad Lucio Suarez duly seconded Bernard Cruz, it
was;
 RESOLVED ,AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to recommend the approval of the barangay development
council for the barangay disaster risk and management plan CY 2020 of barangay Darao,San Juan,
Ilocos Sur.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish a copy of this resolution to all concerned agencies for their
information, guidance and favorable action.
