RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE _________________________THROUGH THE MUNICIPAL

ENGINEERING OFFICE TO SECURE THE NECESSARY PERMITS AND CLEARANCES FOR THE
DEMOLITION OF HEREOES HILLS CHAPEL IN PREPARATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW
HEROES HILLS COMMUNITY CHAPEL TO BE SPONSORED BY HONORABLE ANTHONY PETER
CRISOLOGO, REPRESENTATIVE, DISTRICT 1, QUEZON CITY

WHEREAS, the Heroes Hills Multi -Purpose Community Building has been around for several
decades and is now in the state of deterioration;

WHEREAS, the Heroes Hills Civic Associating and the Barangay Sta. Cruz Council have recognized
the significance of the building to the community hence, they requested the Office of
Congressman Anthony Peter Crisologo to allocate fund for the erection of a new and modern
Heroes Hills Multi -Purpose Community Building;

WHEREAS, the Office of Congressman Anthony Peter Crisologo will allocate funds for the
construction of a new Heroes Hills Multi – Purpose Community Building for the residents of
Barangay Sta. Cruz, First District, Quezon City;

WHEREFORE, viewed from the foregoing, and on motion of Hon. Rosemarie Barte, mass
seconded, be it RESOLVED, as this Body does hereby resolve, to authorize
_____________________________ to secure necessary permits and clearances for the
demolition of Heroes Hills Community building in preparation for the construction of a new
Heroes Hills Multi- Purpose Community building, to be funded by the office of Honorable
Anthony Peter Crisologo, Representative, 1st District of Quezon City;

RESOLVED FINALLY, to forward a copy of this resolution to all concerned offices/ agencies, for
reference, guidance and appropriate action;
