globally. Several factors contribute to the emergence of women as leaders, including:
Overall, women's emerging roles as leaders reflect a broader trend towards greater gender
equality and the recognition of women's abilities to lead and drive change.
2. Some think leadership is a born ability. Some think leadership can be learned. Some

experience or research to support your view.
Leadership is a complex and multi-faceted concept that can be influenced by several factors.
While some individuals may possess natural tendencies towards leadership, such as high
emotional intelligence and charisma, these traits can be further developed and strengthened
through learning and experience. On the other hand, individuals who may not possess these
inherent traits can still become effective leaders by acquiring the necessary skills and
knowledge through training and education.
Additionally, research has shown that the presence of a need or challenge can play a
significant role in shaping an individual's leadership abilities. When faced with a crisis or
difficult situation, individuals may be forced to step up and take charge, demonstrating their
leadership potential. This can also provide opportunities for individuals to learn and develop
their leadership skills through trial and error and reflection.
Overall, it can be concluded that leadership is not a singular, fixed attribute, but rather a
combination of nature and nurture. While some individuals may have a natural proclivity
towards leadership, this can be further enhanced and strengthened through learning and
experience. Additionally, the presence of a need or challenge can also provide opportunities
for individuals to demonstrate and develop their leadership abilities.
