Chapter 7: Communication Plan

Communication is the life blood of an organization so to ensure the smooth and accurate flow of
communications within the school’s division, a well-crafted communication plan was produced.
The school of Northville VI Elementary continues to innovate and use different online and offline platforms to
disseminate information properly and effectively to all its stakeholders. The communication plan caters the four pillars
of Basic Education Development Plan namely ACCESS, EQUITY, QUALITY and RESILIENCY and WELLBEING through
its proposed programs and projects.
In line of the current status of the country, the pandemic has indeed taught educators that information
dissemination to a larger audience is possible. This is through the utilization of various online and
offline platforms that work well in the school. The dissemination of significant insights would involve
