How to make Banana Fritters

Cooking utensils
 Stove  Mixing bowl
 Frying pan  Whisk
 Spatula
 Paper towel

Ingredients
 Flour  Egg
 Baking powder  Vanilla extract
 Sugar  Bananas
 Salt  Oil
 Milk

Cooking steps (after that, and then, next)


1. Take the deep mixing bowl.
2. Mix the wheat flour, sugar, and salt well in a mixing bowl. Beat the egg and water into the
flour mixture until the batter is smooth.
3. Peel and cut a banana into two pieces.
4. Put the frying pan on the stove.
5. Heat the oil.
6. Dip the banana into the batter
7. Take the coated banana from mixing bowl and put it into the frying pan. Fry the banana for
approximately 5-10 minutes until the banana is crispy and golden brown.
8. Remove the banana from the pan and dry well or drain it on paper towel.
9. Repeat this procedure for the rest of bananas.
10 Serve the banana while still warm.
