Hi Carter,

I hope this email finds you well. As you know, we still have an unsolved issue related to the
scale of the menu tablet. Omar and Deanna would like a complete expansion of the menu
tablet. However, I do not think this is an applicable option for three reasons. First, this is our
first digital transformation so it can lead to unwanted occurrences. We can upscale gradually
after the trial, can’t we? Second, this might be a financial waste when we cannot ensure
whether the expansion is of abundance. Finally, it can cause an unnecessary increase in
hiring staff and training-related costs. Let’s convince them to stick to the original rollout.

Hope this email finds you well. It’s clear that we still have an unsolved issue related to the
scale of the menu tablet. Omar and Deanna would like a complete expansion of the menu
tablet. As a technology consultant, you might know that launching a whole system of menu
tablets is not an appropriate idea when we did not adopt it before. Because we are doing our
best to guarantee the success of this project, I think trial adoption is more effective because
we can modify and customize gradually until we reach the desired expansion. It also makes
sure that you can take your responsibility well without being affected by unwanted incidents.
