    Scope of Work:
    Supply and Installation of materials as per specified Bill of Quantities
    Testing and commissioning of the total system supplied by Ezzy Automations Ltd.
    Scope of Exclusion:
    All carpentry/civil works/masonry works/welding/cutting required at site and termination of cables of other vendors
    All potential free contacts for interfacing with other sub systems. These contacts shall have to be normally open type
    Any other works/services not specifically mentioned in our scope of work
    Incoming power supply and distribution including sockets for termination to our equipment’s in control room and field panels
    Warranty Terms:
    1 Year, from the date of Delivery
    Warranty can be claimed only on products supplied by Ezzy Automations Ltd.
    Warranty is void for damage due to electrical short circuit, voltage fluctuation, misuse or mishandling of equipment
    Payment Terms:
    70% downpayment along with work order, 20% on delivery, 10% after installation, testing and commissioning
    Mode of Payment: 100% irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight before shipment to the beneficiary
    Taxing Terms:
    VAT when applicable are consider as per Government rules
    Delivery Terms:
    4 Months, from the date of downpayment against Work Order
