chapter 32 – the weather
The student learns terminology related to weather and
temperature in this chapter.
The characters from the story compare the weather during

In this chapter,
we experience a career day through the eyes of an older
character, David.
He learns about different jobs at the exhibition,
then asks those around him about what they do in order to
complete a homework assignment.
We learn about aspects of the working world from various
professions and we introduce the basic language of
presentations.

In this chapter,

We follow the students through the school day,
which culminates in the older characters meeting to prepare

they share stories of how they spent their weekend while

the city and do some weekend shopping.
They visit the remaining shops and services that can be found
